Ruby red color in the center of the glass, fading to garnet red at the edges (Pinot Noir). Medium ripe fruit notes of blue and blackberries, raspberries, violets, and red roses. Pleasant and soft with a light drying bitterness. Airy overall but wonderfully structured. Extremely smooth to drink with a deliciously dry finish.
Perfect for parties and easy drinking. Ideal with light dishes, vegetarian preparations, salads with chicken or other poultry, and Mediterranean fish stews.
- climate
-
With the Dolomites to the north and the Adriatic Sea to the south, this region experiences two distinct influences on its climate. Summers are warm and dry, while winters can be cold, moderated by the Adriatic Sea. The plain of San Quirino is not surrounded by hills or other natural features, allowing these influences to have free reign.

An alluvial plain formed by deposits from the Cellina River (glaciers). It consists of a thick layer of limestone with gravel, marl, and other sedimentary materials at the foot of the Dolomites.
- vinification

Blend of different grapes such as Refosco, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and a small amount of Pinot Noir. Grapes are fermented separately in a mix of large wooden barrels and stainless steel tanks, where the wines age for about 8 months before the final blend is crafted.
