Clear, ruby red color. Deep, ripe nose with spicy undertones. Red fruit dominates with hints of black cherries and dried plums. Full and soft mouthfeel supported by soft and fine tannins that give the wine structure. Warm, generous, medium long finish.

Mediterranean climate with varying influence of the mountains and the Adriatic sea. Warm dry summers with mild winters with regular precipitation, which are colder than in the classic Mediterranean climate.

Some of the grapes are only picked at optimum ripeness and are dried for a while in "Frutai" to obtain more intensity and fruitiness. Then classic fermentation with regular transfer of the wine. Then the wine is bottled.
