Intense red color with purple hues. Delicious aromas of red fruit and spices, such as forest fruits, pepper, violet and the typical southern spiciness of Nero d'Avola. Nice and full mouthfeel. Juicy and pleasant finish.

The climate is typical of the center of Sicily and is hot and dry, especially during the growing season. The region has a minimum of rainfall and high temperatures. Due to the high altitude, however, it can seriously cool down at night or in the winter.

Clay-like soil with limestone. Vineyards at an altitude of 580 m.
- vinification

Hand picked grapes. Blend of Nero d'Avola, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah. Fermentation in stainless steel tubs under controlled temperature (25 °) for 8-10 days. After which short maturation in stainless steel barrels and bottling.
