Wairau Valley. Loamy soils with clay and stones. A mix of different northern oriented vineyards. No use of chemical sprays and pesticides.

The grapes are picked and fermented under cool conditions. The different vineyards are fermented together, 99% in stainless steel barrels and 1% in French wooden barrels to give a little extra dimension to the aromatic, fresh fruit. After 2-3 months rest in the bottle, the wine is marketed.
