100% Pinot Noir. Good rains in the lead up to the 2019 harvest was a big improvement on the previous three dry years. The summer was also cooler than previous years and will lead to more fruit driven wines. The grapes were whole bunch pressed in order to minimize tannins and maintain fruit and elegance in the wine. Only the first half of pressed juice was used for the final product to minimize the extraction of colour. The wine was fermented in stainless steel tanks.
