100% Fiano. Bright pale, straw yellow color. Intense, persistent on the nose with sensations of oriental fruit, then white melon, pear, mandarin and floral aromas like white flower. Fruity mouth, fresh, sapid ('pleasant tastes' derived from the basic flavors: salty, sweet, sour, bitter, savory (umami)), and easy to drink, with a long mineral persistence. The finish is lively and elegant. Crispy white wine from southern Italy. Best served at 6 to 8°C. AWARDS: 98 points Luca Maroni; Gold Berliner Wine Throphy
