Bright ruby red color. In the pronounced nose we find hints of balsamic, blackberries, blueberries and raspberries with a spicy and vegetal touch to support. In the mouth, the taste, which is nice and intense, fruity and spicy, is confirmed. Typical southern personality. Warm, engaging, ripe and robust character. Long and juicy finish.

Warm maritime climate (Mediterranean). Warm dry summers influenced by the sirocco absorbing moisture from the sea during its journey from the Sahara to the north.
- soil

The soil consists largely of terra rossa (ferrous clay with sand) with a lower layer of limestone. Ideal for the grapevine.
- vinification

Negroamaro and Zinfandel. The grapes are picked individually. After gentle bruising, the fermentation is started in stainless steel vats under controlled temperature. This is followed by the assembly and the wine matures further in stainless steel. After clarification and filtering, the wine is bottled.
