Beautiful, bright, ruby-red color. Typical, pronounced nose of (young) Sangiovese with plenty of red and black fruit accompanied by hints of leather and a touch of spices. Deliciously tight and structured style characteristic of Chianti Classico. Perfect balance between power, fruit, and finesse. The wine grips nicely on the palate and leads into a long and beautifully balanced finish.
This young style Chianti Classico pairs ideally with a tasty piece of meat or finer game such as deer and hind. After a few years of aging, Sangiovese gains its typical complexity of undergrowth, truffles, and fur, making it also delightful with more complex dishes like mushrooms or truffles, for example.

Handpicked. After strict selection, the grapes are fermented by variety in stainless steel tanks with regular pumpovers. After 3 weeks, the juice is separated from the skins and then aged in a blend of stainless steel tanks (Sangiovese) and large tonneaux (Merlot and Cabernet) for 12 months. Then, the blend is made. Before bottling, it stabilizes for several more months in stainless steel tanks to increase homogeneity.
