Bright pink in color with violet reflections. Fruity aromas and a characteristic, pleasant and slightly sweet taste. Wonderful fine pearl.

Ideal as a summer and sunny aperitif and and pairing with fruity desserts as well.

Veneto has a Mediterranean climate, like much of Italy. This means that the region is characterized by mild winters and long, hot and dry summers.

Poor soils with lots of boulders and gravel.

vinification

The méthode Charmat, also called méthode cuve close, involves a second fermentation of the wine that does not take place in the bottle but in the (stainless steel) barrel. Sugar and yeast are added to this tank. During this second fermentation, carbon dioxide is created that can't escape and dissolves in the wine.
