Beautiful intense rosé color with a light purple shine and wonderfully fine pearl. Seductive nose of raspberries, cherries and especially wild strawberries. Perfect marriage between fruit and structure that extends into the tasteful and lively final. Resistance is useless, just let it overwhelm you!
Ce délicieux champagne frais, fruité et sec se déguste aussi parfaitement avec une tarte aux fraises ou d'autres desserts fruités.

90% Pinot Noir and 10% Chardonnay. Classic méthode champenoise in which an ordinary still wine is first made, which is afterwards given its pearl by means of a glass of wine. a second fermentation in the bottle with 'liqueur de tirage'. After the 'prise de mousse', the 'remuage' starts in which dead yeast cells sink to the neck of the bottle and are removed. Before the champagne gets its final cork, a 'liqueur d'expédition' is added (in this case 'brut'.) which determines the dryness of the champagne.
