Light yellow color with green reflection. Exotic nose with hints of nectarine and apricot, white flowers and a fine hint of spice. In the mouth this exotic character is continued, accompanied by a typical bitterness. Nicely balanced and understated style. Medium long finish.
Fine to hearty fish dishes, shellfish, salads and soft cheeses.

100% Favorita or Vermentino. After the harvest, the grapes are gently pressed and a prefermentation (maceration) is carried out on the skins for 24 hours. This is followed by the real fermentation under low temperature in stainless steel vats. Nine months later, the wine is bottled and remains in the bottle for another 3 months before hitting the market.
