Poggio Ciliegio - (Italy)
The vineyard has a surface of about 5 hectares and includes the varieties of “Sangiovese”, “Ciliegiolo” and “Vermentino”. The hilly soil on which they grow is of medium consistency with a high percentage of framework. These factors are essential for giving a high level of freshness to the grapes. Paolino and Vinicia , the winemakers, are as innovative as they are creative. All the productive phases such as growing, wine making and bottling are carefuly followed by the wine expert Attilio Pagli. Elegance and equilibrium, freshness and a fruity taste: Rascioni and Cecconello’s wines are the expression of the land that produces them.
